3740573 - $$$$ characters appear in email title / PDF file name of vendor invoices outputs - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

Invoice's output as email generated by e.g. MIRO. The system is creating NAST Object Key / Emails with title / PDF files with name for example as "$$$$51056010862026000000", and there is no option to remove the “$” symbols.
