3740589 - Top-Level Navigation Overflow menu missing in Ajax Framework page

Symptom

  • The top-level navigation (TLN) overflow menu is not displayed for certain users who have large content assigned (70 + tabs) .
  • After logging in and viewing the TLN, the overflow icon/menu fails to appear.
  • TLN items wrap into a second line instead of appearing in the overflow menu.
  • No error messages are displayed.
