Symptom
After blocking the supplier role via ILM, the employee Business Partner is no longer visible in the Manage Business Partner app. However, the same Business Partner remains visible in the Maintain Business Partner app and the Manage Workforce app.

Reproducing the Issue
- Implement the ILM process in the system.
- Block the supplier role that is assigned to an employee business partner.
- Open the Manage Business Partner app and search for the business partner.
- Observe that the business partner is not visible here, while it remains visible in the Maintain Business Partner app and Manage Workforce app.
Cause
Missing required authorization to display blocked Business Partners in the Manage Business Partner Master Data app.
Resolution
- Assign the business catalog SAP_CMD_BC_MD_BLOCK_PC to the affected users to enable the display of blocked Business Partners in the Manage Business Partner Master Data app.
- This catalog provides the necessary authorization to view blocked Business Partners within the app.
