Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to SF -> Admin Centre-> Go to “Work Tech Configuration” page.
- Click Connect in the section Connection and Authentication
- After clicking on Connect and adding the credentials for Microsoft to accept the permissions, you might see one of the Permission Check Failed appears:
Cause
Missing permissions from Microsoft end.
Resolution
- Verify if relevant Microsoft API permissions are granted according to Required Permissions for the SAP SuccessFactors App in Microsoft Teams | SAP Help Portal
- If it's a new set up, test again after 1hour or later. If the issue persists even if the required permissions were added, create a case for component LOD-SF-EAS-WRK for further support.
