3740697 - Screen Freeze When Running an Export via the Import and Export Data Tool

• Page loads indefinitely while submitting an export request via Import and Export Data tool
• Infinite Page Loading During MDF Data Export, with Console Error “Indexed Value Not Within Specified Range”

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Admin Center > Import and Export Data.
2. Choose Export Data.
3. Select the MDF object “Payment Method” (also observed for “Custom MDF Objects”).
4. Click Submit.
5. The page loads indefinitely and no export job/file is produced.

This is a Known Issue.
