When accessing to Manage Data Retention Policies the error "Data Policy Management feature is currently disabled" Appears.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 1H 2026 

1. Login to the Production 
2. Open the Manage Data Retention Policies tool.
3. See the error appearing on the screen as soon as it opens the tool.

The Engineering team has implemented a fix for the reported issue. The Data Retention Policy tool is now accessible, and the issue has been resolved.
