Symptom

  • This article will provide you with a possible solution for a "A server error has occurred!" error while attempting your Tosca Servers Settings page.
  • Your company utilizes a Load balancer / Reverse Proxy / Web Application Firewall to access your Tosca Server.

    You reconfigured your Tosca Server GatewaySettings to match your Load Balancer’s hostname

    After restarting your Tricentis services you are experiencing the error "A server error has occurred!" while accessing the Settings page via https://a123.host /#/configuration/gatewayservice 

    Looking into the Tricentis Authentication Service Logs we can see the error "Invalid redirect_uri " being logged:
