The user encounters the following error when attempting to open the Manage My Data quick action: 'Unable to load data. Check your Internet connection. If that's not it, try reloading. If that still doesn't help, check with your administrator'.

Reproducing the Issue
- Access the system
- Click on the Quick Action "Manage My Data"
- Got the error
Resolution
- The engineering team have identified the issue, and it'll be fixed via patch fix, the deployment date is 21th April for Preview .
- Production release should not be impacted
