Requesting guidance on changing the default GL account in the App Manage Budget Documents - Project.

2. Create.
3. Check the default GL Account being used.

The app uses a hard-coded default G/L account for project budget documents; this default is not configurable and does not update automatically when G/L accounts are renumbered.

1. When creating or editing project budget documents in the app, manually enter the required (new) G/L account to ensure postings use the intended account.
2. Review any internal templates or user procedures to reflect the manual G/L account entry until configurability is provided.
3. If you require a product enhancement to allow updating or configuring the default G/L account, submit a feature request. Refer to the link in the See also section.
