3740814 - App 'import master data - business partners" loops and import remains in draft after successful file upload

• The app "Import Master Data - Business Partners" shows "successful upload" for files (for example, BP_Person_Simple.xlsx and BP_Person_Simple.csv), but after clicking "create" the process enters a loop and the status stays in "Draft".
• The issue occurs when importing data packages using the app.
• No error message or error code is displayed; only a successful upload confirmation appears.

1. Open the app Import Master Data - Business Partners.
2. Click the "create" button.
3. Select "Import without a source" or "Test".
4. Choose a data package (for example, "TEST").
5. Click the "upload" button.
6. Select the file (for example, BP_Person_Simple.xlsx or BP_Person_Simple.csv).
7. Observe a message indicating successful upload.
8. Click the "create" button.
9. The process loops and the status remains in "Draft".
