3740849 - Error 00031 "Transaction UNDEFINED is unknown" when launching GUI transaction from Fiori Launchpad tile

Symptom

  • Customer reports app PA30 generates an error when launched from Fiori Launchpad only. Error 00031 "Transaction UNDEFINED is unknown" appears when starting the transaction via a FLP transaction tile.
  • Both SAPGUI and WebGUI launch the transaction code normally, without errors.
  • No relevant errors are shown in either the HTTP (Network) Trace or the Console Log.
