3740913 - Manage Job Profiles – UI Layout Consolidation Issue After 1H 2026 Release (Long & Short Description Sections Merged)

Symptom

After the recent 1H 2026 release/update, the UI layout for Job Profiles under Manage Job Profiles has changed incorrectly.
The layout consists of multiple distinct sections/areas, with type Long Description and Short description. It has now been consolidated into a single section ("Long Description", Short description), which prevents us from categorizing and entering the required job profile information correctly.

When utilizing the new experience for Manage Job Profiles, when opening up the job profile, users can only see one long description section.
