- An exception occurs during navigation to "Interaction Overview" after identifying the customer with the following text
   Exception occurs
   Context initialization failed in view IUICOVW/InrDynamicFilter of UI Component IUICOVW
   An exception has occurred
   Exception Class CX_CRM_UNSUPPORTED_OBJECT - Object type 'BTQIrecFilter' (namespace ") has not been defined
   Method:    CL_CRM_GENIL_OBJ_MODEL=>IF_GENIL_OBJ_MODEL-GET_OBJECT_KIND
