Symptom

Error on SCIM replication: "Invalid Service {service name} for selected SKUs (HTTP 400, scimType: invalidValue)".

Environment

SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

Cause

The service is no longer valid and must be removed from the business role.

Resolution

  1. Open the system administration settings.
  2. Navigate to the Roles view.
  3. Open the affected business role.
  4. In Business services, remove the service that is mentioned in the error message.
  5. Save the change.
