3740952 - Resume drop down options are missing in candidates' CX application flow (mobile) - Recruiting Management

In the CX apply flow, Resume (“How would you like to proceed” field) drop down values are not shown properly,  “Manual” value from the drop down is not shown. Clicking on the drop down displays the “no selection” and sometimes “resume’ however manual option is not shown.

Happening only in Mobile (iPhone and Android) and not happening in Web
