3740979 - Error when accessing Edit Offer Detail Template - Recruiting

Error is showing when user tries to edit an Offer Approval after configuring a business rule to automatically select the Offer Approval Template.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

1. Access the candidate in the offer approval status and initiate offer approval.
2. On the offer approval page, click on “Edit Offer Detail.”
3. The error mentioned above appears.

Business Rule is configured for Offer Approval but Rule execution on edit for Offer Approval Template Selection rules is getting triggered.

If the configuration has Rule attached in Job Application for offer approval, the rule only applies to newly created offer. In order to Edit Offer Approval after the Business rule has been configured. Follow the steps below. 

1. Access Manage Recruiting Setting.
2. Check the setting Disable rule execution on edit for Offer Approval Template Selection rules.
3. Enable the feature.
