3741008 - [1H2026] Latest People Profile: custom MDF summary card shows "no data" and field labels are missing when parent–child objects and the Latest Full Profile UI are enabled

Symptom

  • When "Enable the latest Viewing, Editing, and History UI on Full Profile ‎(With Non-Configurable UI)‎" is enabled, the child record can't display and it only display "No Data" in Summary Card for custom MDF.
  • If the option "Enable the latest Viewing, Editing, and History UI on Full Profile ‎(With Non-Configurable UI)" is disabled, the child record can display properly in Summary Card.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Disable the option "Enable the latest Viewing, Editing, and History UI on Full Profile ‎(With Non-Configurable UI)"
  2. Observe the child record of object "cust_parent_None_0414" can display in Summary Card from PPX.
  3. Enable the option "Enable the latest Viewing, Editing, and History UI on Full Profile ‎(With Non-Configurable UI)‎"
  4. Observe the child record of object "cust_parent_None_0414" can't display and it only displays "No Data" in Summary Card for custom MDF.

Cause

This is a Known Error.

Resolution

Engineering team have found the root cause of the issue and the fix is planned to be deployed on April 28th.

Workaround: Disable the option "Enable the latest Viewing, Editing, and History UI on Full Profile ‎(With Non-Configurable UI)"
