3741040 - Fiori Users KPI shows 0 in EWA Performance Indicators for specific weeks

In the EarlyWatch Alert (EWA) report, under the Performance Indicators section, the KPI “Fiori Users” shows a value of 0 for certain weeks, while other EWA reports display non-zero values.

This behavior appears inconsistent, as the system may still show a high number of Active Users during the same period, indicating that the system was actively used.
