3741064 - Manage collections emails: emails show status "failed" due to missing fi correspondence type and form template assignments

Symptom

  • In the “Manage Collections Emails” app (F6120), emails appear with status “failed”.
  • Users cannot send collections emails/correspondence for accounts receivable invoices.
  • After selecting “Include in email”, the system displays: “An email including the selected journal entry item was created.” The email later shows status “failed” in the “Manage Collections Emails” app.
  • In the configuration activity “Assign labels and company codes to correspondence type variants”, expected FI correspondence variants (for example, SAP06, SAP08, SAP13) are not available in the F4 help.
