To ensure the job performance, you could adjust the job configuration to output less data for every execution.

It's suggested to export only modified records (delta load) to reduce the total number of records processed in a single run.

If full load is required, split the whole data into multiple smaller jobs. You could set filter in each job to process different subsets of the data.
