3741145 - Dependent personal information end date issue

In Employee Central Core->dependent check tool, there is error PersonalInfoExistingInAllTimeSlicesOfDependent.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Navigate to dependent portlet.
• Delete a dependent in a record with two dependents for example with effective date 2026.1.2.
• The deleted dependent's personal information end date should become 2026.1.1 which is expected.
• However, if personal information of this dependent was later updated via import, then end date will automatically become 9999.12.31, leading to the error PersonalInfoExistingInAllTimeSlicesOfDependent.
• Even when to try to correct the end date, the import will fail.

This is a Known Issue.

Currently there is no workaround available, the customer can perform full purge import for dependent information to correct the data.
