3741195 - Opening Job Profiles link from Employee Profile Actions feature shows error after 1H26 release

Symptom

After 1H26 release, "Unable to complete this request. You may not have access to the job profile, or the job profile may not exist. " error appears when Job Profiles is opened directly from Employee Profile > All Actions feature.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open any user's Employee Profile 
  2. Click on All Actions 
  3. Click on Job Profiles
  4. Error appears: "Unable to complete this request. You may not have access to the job profile, or the job profile may not exist." 

Cause

This is a known issue. 

Resolution

The fix has been planned and will be deployed with the patch release scheduled for 05-May-2026.  

Workaround

  • Access Manage Job Profiles tool directly from Admin Center.
