3741223 - Extended document flow shows only one Purchase Order item although multiple items exist

When selecting the Extended Document Flow, the system displays only one item from the Purchase Order, even though the Purchase Order contains multiple items. The system should display all Purchase Order items in the Extended Document Flow.

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a Purchase Order with multiple items.
2. In the item table, select Extended Document Flow.
3. Observe that only the document flow for one item is displayed.

This is the designed system behavior: the Extended Document Flow is item-specific and displays the document flow for a single selected item at a time, even if multiple items are selected.

1. Select one Purchase Order item in the item table.
2. Choose Extended Document Flow to display the flow for the selected item.
3. Repeat steps 1–2 for each additional item whose document flow to review.
4. If multiple items appear selected, deselect them and select one item at a time, as the Extended Document Flow shows only one item per view by design.
