3741266 - Time Management Links Card Is Not Visible For A Future Hire

Symptom

In Latest People Profile, the Time Management Links card is not visible for an employee who's hire date is in the future.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Management
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Sheet
  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Employee is hired in the future.
  2. Navigate to employee's Full Profile in Latest People Profile > Time Management Category
  3. Time Management Links card is not present

Resolution

For Employee's hired via Onboarding 2.0

  • This is currently a limitation.
  • Product Management is working on an enhancement but not yet planned (TIM-57725)
  • Please reach out to CSM/CEE to track the progress of the enhancement

For Employee's hired via Add New Employee/Import

  • Choose the hire date of employee in the 'As of Date' button > The card will be visible
