Predictive scenario Risk of Late Payment is empty in the Process Receivables app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Process Receivables app.
2. Select a business partner with invoices.
3. In Settings, add the “Risk of Late Payment” field.
4. Sort “Invoices - Net Due Date” in descending order.
5. Observe that the “Risk of Late Payment” column remains empty.

1. Verify that predictive scenario FIN_COL_RSK_LTE_PMNT is added and published in the Intelligent Scenarios app.
2. In the Intelligent Scenario Management app, deploy, activate, and train the scenario, then confirm the scenario is active.
3. Ensure sufficient and relevant training data is provided for the model; refer to guidance recommending at least 2000 data records per training run.
