3741314 - Unable to report the event reason field for "Delete Future-Dated Records After Terminate Action" using the table report - 1H 2026

A new Event Reason field introduced in 1H 2026 named "Delete Future-Dated Records After Terminate Action" is not available in Report Center Table reports. When creating or running a Table report on Event Reasons, the field cannot be selected or reported.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Foundation Objects

1. Navigate to the Report Center create a new Table Report → Select Foundation Object → Event Reasons.
2. Select all available fields related to Event Reasons. 
3. Execute or preview the report.
4. Observed that the "Delete Future-Dated Records After Terminate Action" field is not available for selection or display in the report. 

As per system design the field 'Delete Future-Dated Records After Terminate Action' is not reportable.
