Symptom
In the 'Manage Tax Rates – Sales' app, a specific Condition Table (e.g., Table 007) is missing for selection in the 'Key Combination' field for a Condition Type (e.g., JTCB).
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- Open the 'Manage Tax Rates – Sales' app.
- Enter the Condition Type (e.g., JTCB).
- Observe that the expected Condition Table (e.g., 007) is missing from the selection list of 'Key Combination' field.
Cause
The Condition Type is assigned to an Access Sequence that does not include the missing table. The app 'Manage Tax Rates – Sales' dynamically displays condition tables based on the Access Sequence assigned to a condition type.
Resolution
To resolve the discrepancy, ensure the Condition Type is assigned to the correct Access Sequence:
- Verify Assignment: Check which Access Sequence is assigned to the Condition Type.
- Go to Configuration Activity 'Set Condition Types for Pricing in Sales'.
- Check the "Access Sequence" field for the affected Condition Type.
- Check Access Sequence Content:
- Go to Configuration Activity 'Set Access Sequences'.
- Select the Access Sequence found in step 1 and check the "Accesses" folder to see which tables are assigned.
- Correction: If the assignment is incorrect (e.g., using 'JDUM' instead of a sequence that includes '007'), update the assignment.
