3741384 - Navigation issue from sales order to purchase requisition after upgrade

Symptom

  • The "edit" button for the purchase requisition becomes non-functional after upgrading to SAP S/4HANA 2023.
  • The issue occurs when attempting to change the purchase requisition from the Procurement tab of the sales order.
  • The navigation to the purchase requisition from the sales order from the Procurement tab no longer works.
