3741407 - Custom Payslip SmartForm Displays No Data After Activating H4S4 Business Function

Symptom

After activating the H4S4_1 business function, a custom payslip SmartForm (e.g., ZSAP_PAYSLIP_STF) stops displaying payroll data. The payslip renders, but all data fields are blank.

When executing the payslip display via transactions such as HRFORMS or PE51, the following error message is raised:

Functionality is simplified
Message No. H4S4_REUSE_SFWS001

Other HR forms (e.g., time-related forms) may continue to work correctly; only the payslip form is affected.
