Symptom

  • During FF.5 bank statement processing, Reference numbers containing special characters (for example _, -, /) are not interpreted correctly, resulting in unsuccessful clearing or incomplete matching of open items.
  • The search string functionality in transaction OTPM does not recognize the underscore "_" character and does not map it as well.
