3741429 - Error message "Schedule line category xx is already assigned to this item category" is appearing when trying to change a Schedule Line Category Line that has more than 1 option - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When accessing the "Assign Schedule Line Categories" configuration activity and, trying to change the schedule line where we have more than 1 option, the error message below is appearing:

• Schedule line category XX is already assigned to this item category.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Access the Assign Schedule Line Categories configuration activity
2. Try to alter 2 schedule line values at the same time (In this example, go to the TAN item category and try to alter the Categories CP and CN at the same time)
3. See the error message appearing

Schedule lines values need to be updated individually.

Instead of swapping the values, first remove 1 value from the line, afterwards update the main value for the one you desire (In this example, we are changing the default schedule line of the TAN item category from CP to CN, however the same logic applies to all item categories which have multiple schedule lines values to be selected) and then add again the deleted value.
