Symptom
- The Manage Purchasing Info Records app shows two empty unlabeled columns in the standard list view without a description on both side of Purchasing info record number.
- What is the significance of empty columns in PIR.

Reproducing the Issue
- Open the “Manage Purchasing Info Records” app (F1982) in the standard view and select Go.
- Observe two empty columns on both side of Purchasing info record number.
Cause
This behavior is standard SAP design and not a system error or defect.
Resolution
This is not an error or bug, but it is standard SAP design.
- Left Column (before Info Record):
Represents the single-selection mode of the table.
Enables selection of a specific row to execute actions such as delete or copy to clipboard. - Right Column (after Info Record):
Represents the Editing Status.
Displays an icon based on the current state, for example draft status.
