3741462 - 'Dark Overlay with White Text' Not Saved in Manage Banners

Symptom

When trying to change the Overlay Color to Dark Overlay with White Text within Manage Banners for Talent Intelligence Hub, the option does not save.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into SuccessFactors
  2. Navigate to Manage Talent Intelligence Hub
  3. Select Manage Banners
  4. Locate a banner and select the pencil icon
  5. Select Next
  6. Select Next
  7. In the Overlay Color dropdown, select Dark Overlay with White Text > Sample image doesn't update
  8. Select Next
  9. Select Next
  10. Select Save > OK
  11. Follow steps 4 through 6
  12. In the Overlay Color dropdown, notice Dark Overlay with White Text was not saved

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the 2H 2026 release.

Once the release has been deployed, the setting will no longer be available.

Workaround

No workaround is available.
