3741491 - Status of Non-EC Users are not in Sync in Latest People Profile

Symptom

  • In the latest people profile header, non-employee-central users are shown with the status “Inactive” even though they are marked active in the employee export.
  • The “Active/Inactive” status field in the profile header appeared after the 1H 2026 release.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open a user’s profile in the full profile view.
  2. For a non-Employee Central user, check the profile header and observe the status shows “Inactive” although the user is active in the employee export.

Resolution

The fix is scheduled via patch on 12h May 2026 in Preview environment. Production release will come with correct version.
