3741527 - Time Sheet Change Audit Document – Standard Field Missing

Symptom

A standard field expected in the Time Sheet Change Audit Document is not displayed, for example, the Start Time of an attendance record.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

Reproducing the Issue

1. Configure a custom field (for example, cust_im_startTime) in the Employee Time object using the same label as the standard Start Time field.

2. Create or update an attendance record so that a Time Sheet Change Audit Document is generated.

3. Review the generated Time Sheet Change Audit Document.

4. Observe that the standard Start Time field is missing from the document.

Cause

This is a Known Error.

Resolution

The fix for the issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.

Workaround
Update the label of the custom field so that it differs from the label of the standard field. Once the label is changed, the standard field should appear correctly in the Change Audit report.
