3741539 - Custom Field Translation not working when New Candidate Experience is enabled – Recruiting

Custom field labels defined on the Candidate Profile/Job Application template translation is not working and is showing the default system translation of the field. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

1. Configure a custom translation/label for a field on the candidate profile and/or job application template.
2. Enable the new (reimagined) candidate experience.
3. Access the candidate profile/application in the external career site and observe that the field shows a default locale label instead of the configured template label.
4. Disable the new candidate experience and observe that the configured label displays correctly.
