3741541 - Resolved Inconsistent tables still Flagged by SUM Toolbox ZDO Preliminary checks

Symptom

Software Update Manager (SUM) toolbox preliminary checks (ZDO preliminary checks) reports database/ABAP Dictionary inconsistencies. After resolving these inconsistencies (either through deleting them from DDIC and DB) SUM toolbox continues to display the same objects as inconsistent.
