3741573 - Forward task in SAP task center - user details not available

Symptom

When attempting to use the Forward functionality in the SAP Task Center web application or SAP Mobile Start, the following symptoms occur:

  • Searching for a recipient in the forwarding dialog results in a toast message: "User details cannot be displayed."

  • Search results may appear in the list, but the user's name, department, or profile information is empty or blank.

  • The forwarding action fails with the message "Task could not be forwarded" or "User is not a dialog user: Forwarding is not possible" (Message no. WL263).
