3741576 - Error message "invalid onboardee" when opening New Hire Data on onboarding dashboard - Onboarding

• Candidate cannot be found using the search bar on the onboarding dashboard, but appears when scrolling the list.
• When selecting Actions > New Hire Data for the candidate, the error message "Invalid onboardee:12345" is displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Open the onboarding dashboard.
2. Use the search bar to search for the new hire; note the candidate is not returned.
3. Scroll down the list to locate the candidate.
4. Open the candidate record and choose Actions > New Hire Data.
5. Observe the error message "Invalid onboardee:12345".

Candidate is in status "d" in Data Inspector due to an integration that inactivated the user, resulting in the onboardee being treated as inactive.

Purge the inactive record and initiate the onboarding process again for the candidate.
