SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

In the current Onboarding feature, only the first E-Verify case created is displayed in the “E-Verify Case Details” section of the Onboarding Dashboard. In some cases, an E-Verify case may not receive Employment Authorization, requiring customers to manually create a new case for the employee using the “Create E-Verify Case” option.

Because only the first case is displayed, customers need a way to sync updated statuses from the DHS site for manually created cases.

Prerequisite:

• Ensure the “E-Verify status synchronization job” in provisioning is configured and runs daily.

If the job is running but the status is still not updated, follow these steps:

1. Go to Manage Data > E-Verify Case
2. Locate the affected employee’s E-Verify case or User Sys ID
3. Identify the associated Compliance Process
4. Copy the URL below and replace the last segment with the Compliance Process ID from step 3:
