3741582 - AM049 error occurs when creating new entry in SA13

Symptom

When attempting to create a new entry in transaction SA13, error below occurs upon save:

Name format ** is empty; cannot save
Message no. AM409

Diagnosis
A name format was created without items, or all entries were deleted for a format.

Procedure
Create items for the specified name format or delete it.
