3741617 - Maintenance order status resets from macm to manc after assignment to planning bucket in app F3888a

Symptom

After a Maintenance Order reaches status MACM (Materials Committed), assigning the order to a Planning Bucket in app F3888A – Manage Maintenance Planning Buckets may change the order status to MANC (Material availability not checked).

In some scenarios, users may also notice differences between order status and other planning views until availability is checked again.
