3741686 - OData API approveSuccessors returns "COE_FUNCTION_IMPORT_NOT_FOUND"

When executing the approveSuccessors OData API function for Talent Pool nominations, the following error is returned:

COE_FUNCTION_IMPORT_NOT_FOUND

[COE0008]Invalid function import name: You can't view this FunctionImport. Please check the name in Admin Center > OData API Data Dictionary.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

1. Execute the approveSuccessors API function for a Talent Pool nomination.
2. The API returns the COE_FUNCTION_IMPORT_NOT_FOUND error.

The Provisioning setting “Use formless nomination approval workflow” was not enabled, which prevents the related Succession approval Function Import from being available to OData.

Enable the following configuration in Provisioning > Company Settings: "Use formless nomination approval workflow".

After enabling the setting, retry the approveSuccessors OData API call.
