3741754 - SAP HANA: "compile host: unknown" displayed in "HDB version" after update or upgrade

Symptom

After an update or upgrade of SAP HANA, the command "HDB version" displays: compile host: unknown

Example:
HDB version info:
version: 2.00.089.01.xxxxxxxx
branch: fa/hana2sp08
git hash: <hash>
compile date: <date>
compile host: unknown
compile type: rel

The SAP HANA services are running normally and no other errors are observed.
