3741839 - Error: Password-Protected Compressed File Although Attachments are Not Password-Protected

• "500 SAP Internal Server Error" appears in the UI
• "Password-protected compressed file" appears in the UI although attachments are not password protected
• Error: "AttachmentFolder.FILE_CONTENT:Password-protected compressed file"

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales > sales quote
2. Open an existing sales quote.
3. Open the Versions facet.
4. Click New Version.
5. Observe the error 500 internal server error.

Or,

1. Go to Sales > Opportunities
2. Open an Opportunity
3. Go to Attachments
4. Upload an attachment
5. Error: "Password-protected compressed file"

Please note: the above errors can also occur in other work centers with different steps to reproduce such as visits, tickets, web service monitor, etc.

Attachments are maintained on the document.

Currently there's a known issue with the systems virus scanner and file types such as .msg 

The Development Team are currently aware of this issue and are working on a fix. The fix is tentatively scheduled for April 21st.

As a workaround in the meantime, kindly attach the file in ZIP format.
