3741871 - “Personal Quick Links” not available while proxying

On the latest Home page, the "Personal Quick Links" button is visible to users but when proxying as another user, the "Personal Quick Links" button is not displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Log in and observe that the Latest Home Page is enabled, observe that the "Personal Quick Links" button is available.
2. Start a proxy session as another user and observe that the "Personal Quick Links" is not visible while proxying.

The behavior is expected: Personal Quick Links configurations are personal and user-specific (defined by the primary user) and are not shared or visible while proxying.

This is the current expected behaviour. Personal Quick Links can be configured with any valid URL and/or label defined by the primary user making it intentionally designed to remain user specific. This aligns with the general expectation of what “personal” implies, ensuring that such configurations are not shared or propagated beyond the individual user, hence it not being available while proxying.
