3741881 - Odata Upsert to Employee Central Fails with 500 (ahcoperationfailedexception) and Soapfaultcode:5 During Infoporter Run

• During the standard process “Upsert Data from SAP ERP or SAP S4HANA to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Using the OData API”, requests intermittently fail when multiple employees are processed together.
• Error in integration middleware: “org.apache.camel.component.ahc.AhcOperationFailedException: HTTP operation failed invoking …/odata/v2/upsert?purgeType=full with statusCode: 500.”
• In SRTUTIL/SRT_MONI a SOAP fault appears: “SOAPFAULTCODE:5” and “An internal error occurred. For error details check MPL ID … in message monitoring.”
• The behavior is not related to a purge process or missing work orders.
