3741895 - Duplicate applications for the same Candidate in a Job Requisition

• A candidate has more than one application to a Job Requisition
• Each Application has a unique Application ID
• Applications were not made via oData

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. On an affected Job Requisition, open the Candidate Workbench
2. Search for an affected candidate.
3. Note that the Candidate has more than one application, with unique Application IDs

This is a known issue, currently being investigated by our Engineering and Operations team.

As a workaround, merge the applications.
