Symptom

  • After an initial successful run that captured new worker records with transaction type HIR , a subsequent run recaptured the same records even though no user changes were made.
  • In the second capture, the transaction type was blank.
  • Records were recaptured despite compare fields being enabled.
  • A downstream processing error occurred in the receiving system; no specific error message or code provided.
