3741990 - Time Sheet Change Audit Document details field order differs by system language

When generating a Time Sheet Change Audit Document, the order/placement of fields (e.g. Start Date, Time Type) in the Details section is inconsistent depending on the system language.

The steps below illustrate the symptom using English and German system languages; however, the behavior is not limited to these languages and may occur with other system languages as well.

1. Set the system language to English.
2. Open a user's Time Sheet with clock times and generate the Audit Document.
3. In the Details section, observe that Start Date and End Date are displayed one after the other, and Time Type appears in the middle.

1. Change the system language to German.
2. Open the same user's Time Sheet and generate the Audit Document again.
3. In the Details section, observe that End Date is displayed at the top, while Start Date and Time Type are displayed at the bottom.

Fields are displayed in the order returned by the CAL service, which can vary by system language; differences between languages are expected.

This is expected system behavior: the report displays fields in the order provided by the Change Audit Log service and does not enforce a fixed sequence across languages.
